THIS GROUP IS FOR YOU if you are an LGBTQ+ parent, including LGBTQ+ individuals who are parents and parents who have LGBTQ+ kids, who is struggling to adjust or who keeps experiencing distress related to parenting in a culture and political climate that is often confusing and less than accepting when it comes to queer parents and kids. Slots are limited, reserve yours today.

Wednesdays 4:00 - 6:00 PM

Zoom-based, FREE

For LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and parents. This group is meant to be a casual, supportive space with a facilitator who is part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Why Not Individual Therapy?

Individual and group therapy are each valid and effective modalities that offer varying benefits. For a population that has faced ostracization both from the wider society and often from our families as well, there is something especially healing about belonging and processing in a community space.
